This Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction program is modeled on the work of Jon Kabat-Zinn, and offered in the traditional 8-week workshop.
FREE INTRO: Tuesday Feb 28, 2012, 7-8pm
Mindfulness is the practice of present moment, non-judgmental awareness of one's life experience. It helps one: enhance well-being, relate to stress differently, increase self awareness and deepen compassion.
